This product is the PowerArm Single Softball Set for  all positions players 15 years of age through adult  and is designed to increase pitching and throwing velocity/distance by building arm/shoulder strength.  This Single Set includes a regulation 12" softball, a 12-pound Blue Resistance Tube, a door hinge/post Anchor , and a color brochure detailing use instructions and recommended exercises. A unique aspect of the PowerArm is its Anchor that is made of coated wire encased in rubber tubing that fits around any door hinge or post which permits year around inside use without damaging the door hinge.  Players  10-14  years of age (YOA) normally start with the Red  tube, 10 pounds of resistance; players  15 YOA and older start with the blue tube, 12 pounds of resistance.
