Its perfect for medication that needs to be kept cold, while travelling, a 500ml/16 fl.oz. bottle of water, or three 237ml nutrient drinks such as Boost, Ensure, Glucerna, a small separate case or anything else that fits.  Outside & zipped up, it measures 8.25" long x 5.5" deep x 5.5" wide...the freezer packs are each 6.5" long x 3.5" across x 1.25" thick.
