Payment Expectations:

Seller Details:
I sell a mix of brand new and pre-owned items. All items come from a smoke and pet free home.
For pre-owned goods:
Items may show fading and/or pilling from washing and wearing, some more than others. I do my best to accurately describe and photograph each item’s flaws and/or imperfections. For example, on some items, there may be some loose threads, imperfect buttons or buttonholes, or other signs of wear. Also, since there may be some shrinkage, I have included measurements on all my listings to help you determine if it will fit. Keep this in mind when bidding. You are purchasing a used item - it is not brand new, so please don't expect it to be.
For new items:
Some may show minor signs of wear from storage or trying on. If that is the case, this will be pointed out in the listing and described to the best of my ability. As for any other items, please examine descriptions and photos and feel free to ask any questions at least 24 hours before the auctions ends. I am very responsive, and look forward to assisting you.
For clothing and shoes
: There will be no refunds due to sizing issues (if you have specific questions about measurements, please ask before bidding or purchasing). Colors can vary from computer screen to computer screen. All colors will be described as accurately as possible. Keep in mind these are used items and not brand new (unless otherwise stated). Thank you for looking.
Refund/Return Details:
Buyer pays return shipping on all returns! (Some exceptions may apply on a limited case by case basis.) If an item arrives damaged or not as described, I require photo evidence prior to any refunds. Please read my condition descriptions carefully before purchasing. I do my best to describe every item accurately to avoid any disappointment.
•    I accept returns ONLY if your items arrives different than described in the listing.
•    I do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. Please make sure you read the listing carefully and know what you are buying before you bid.
•    I do not accept returns if your item does not fit! Some brands fit differently than others. Please know the brand you’re shopping for and check their website for sizing information or ask me directly, and I will be happy to measure the item for you.
