    Use this new tool for strengthening and conditioning your throwing arm for baseball pitching, fast pitch softball pitching and for quarterbacks throwing a football.
    It is recommended that for either softball or baseball pitching that you go through the exact motion you use for pitching.  Start out with slower motion until you are warmed up and then go through your throwing motion as though you are throwing a ball at 80-90% of your top arm speed. Work your way up to 10-15 minutes total workout time per day, 3-4 days a week.   Some people have reported throwing a ball while going through a workout and others just swinging their arm in their pitching motion holding onto a ball.  You can try either way and figure out what works best for you. Do not expect or be concerned with accuracy while throwing a ball with the Chute.  You will need to work on the actual pitching  as you progress with the Chute training learning to control the added speed in your arm.  A college female softball pitcher was put through a 30 day workout checking her fastball speed before and after the training.  Her fastball raised 3 mph in just 30 days.
    For quarterback's it was determined that the best workout would be to use the Throwing Chute while throwing a football.  Because the wind resistant training works by catching the air, a quarterback will have to throw the ball in the workouts fairly hard to catch enough air.  Each person will have to test themselves to determine how hard they have to throw the ball to get the most benefit from the Throwing Chute.  Try to throw the football without the chute at the end to as many workouts as you can. Your arm strength and activated fast twitch muscle fibers will affect how fast and far you can throw the ball.
