    Vintage Pre WWII USN Navy Naval Pennant Military Memorabilia
    The pennant is in good condition with no holes, tears or loss to the felt. It is dirty and wrinkled and could probably use a professional cleaning. It's 29" long and 10 3/4" wide at the yellow header. I've only found two other examples of this on the web, a framed one with a white header that sold for 00 and one listed on Esty for 9. Their descriptions vary on the dates but it's probably late 30's or early 40's. See Pics.
